Mission: Racing Minds will create opportunities for individuals and families of all ability levels to improve mental health through running experiences in our community. Racing Minds commits to provide affordable, inclusive, age-appropriate, family-friendly running events that aim to teach life skills through running such as goal setting, determination and perseverance.
Vision: Racing Minds will serve Austin-area families by organizing positive, inclusive running events to introduce children, adolescents and adults of all abilities to the sport of running to encourage active lifestyles which benefit physical and mental health.
We are officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We welcome donations and sponsorships to support this effort!

JOIN US FOR OUR INAUGURAL 4TH OF JULY EVENT! THIS RACE WILL BE CHIP TIMED LOOP AROUND LAKELINE PARK LOOP, WHICH IS ALMOST PERFECTLY A 4K. THIS IS A UNIQUE DISTANCE THAT EVERYONE IS SURE TO PR, WHETHER YOU RUN OR WALK. ALL PACES, STROLLERS AND PETS WELCOME. RAIN OR SHINE!
The Kids Fun Run (untimed) will begin immediately before or after the 4K.
Overall, Age Group awards for the 4K and medals for ALL participants!
